Series 1 sold out. Every piece found a collector, and the studio got very quiet after they shipped. So I went back to the table.
Series 2 is being painted right now. The ink is ground, the Japanese brushes are in my hand, and for the next seven days this is all I'm doing — one original at a time, 22" x 30", ink on archival paper. This is the week the series comes to life.
Here's how it works. You claim a spot. That spot is a promise: one of these originals is yours. Not a print, not an edition — a 1/1, painted this week with these hands.
You don't pick your piece. When the release closes, the reveal happens — each work finds its collector, and yours arrives in your vault with a certificate carrying your name and its number. Then she ships from my studio to your door.
This is the closest you'll ever get to the moment a piece is born. While I'm painting, your spot is already yours. When you open the reveal email, you'll meet her for the first time — and she'll already have your name on her certificate.
When the spots are gone, they're gone.

She gets painted
Ali paints the series during the window — every piece a 1/1 original in ink. Your spot is a claim on one of them; the studio decides how many exist.

The reveal
When the release closes, pieces are assigned to spots at random — you don't pick the piece, she finds you. The reveal email shows you yours the moment it's assigned.

She ships
Your original is minted to your vault with a numbered certificate registered to your name, and ships from the studio to the address you gave at checkout.
The fine print, plainly: every spot receives an original from the series — this is an advance purchase, not a chance · up to 5spots per collector · how many spots exist is at the studio’s discretion and may end at any moment · pieces are assigned at random within the series · payment is charged at claim · all sales final.
